Hey Amy and Joe! I was thrilled to hear about this blog! This experience living in Alaska is amazing! It will be fun to receive updates on what you all are up to. Hope everyone is well and enjoying Alaska! Hugs! =)

P.S. Amy, I tend to read to cope with stress or when I have a lot on my plate. It helps me get the downtime that I so desperately need. I don't know if you like to read or if there is a library near you. If not, meditation and/or yoga in the morning and in the evening may be one option. Good luck finding something to help you cope with the daily grind!
